Dear Attendees, We would like to sincerely thank you for your interest in and support of our upcoming conference. After careful evaluation, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the event to a later date. While we were very much looking forward to welcoming the community as planned, the current circumstances in Israel, together with the present registration levels, would not allow us to deliver the usual quality experience and value that our attendees, speakers, and partners expect from this event. We had waited until now in the hope that the final registration period would improve the situation; however, despite our expectations, this did not materialize. Our commitment has always been to provide the best conference experience, and we believe that postponing the event is the most responsible course of action to ensure we can meet those standards. We are currently working to confirm a new date and will share further details as soon as they become available. All existing registrations will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled event, and additional information regarding the new schedule will be communicated in the coming days. Your TCC ISRAEL 2026 registration includes all scheduled events on the conference day. You can look forward to keynotes, presentations, panel discussions and workshops, and networking with industry thought leaders and experts. Throughout the event, breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments will be provided.

TCC ISRAEL 2026 is designed for CS executives and teams. Increase the learning opportunities and cover more ground with your team by attending separate sessions. Purchase group tickets with the group discounts on the event website. TCC does not apply promotional/partner codes retroactively.

We process payments through PayPal, which unfortunately doesn’t work with Mesh. Please try a different card or reach out to Mesh support at support@meshpayments.com. If this is your only payment option, please contact us to arrange a wire transfer as an alternative payment method at: tcc@congressgeeks.com

As of now, PayPal, our payment processor, does not accept payments in shekels via American Express cards. Kindly use another card.

Full refunds are available for cancellations till April 10, 2026 If you register and are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague up until 24 hours prior to the event. Please email tcc@congressgeeks.com to arrange your transfer. If it is necessary to postpone the Event for reasons beyond our control, we will arrange a replacement Event. In such circumstances, your booking and the Attendee Terms and Conditions shall apply to such a replacement event on a rolling basis.

English will be the language of the entire conference.
