On February 2, The Customer Conference - Israel 2022, will take place, and the safety of its participants is our top priority. We’re 100% committed to your health and safety.

The Customer Conference - Israel 2022 is a COVID-safe gathering:

All attendees - including the speakers and sponsors - will be required to present:

Onsite Safety Measurements:
  • Masks - will be provided on every break during the conference by the organizers. 

  • Sanitizers - will be available all around the venue for the participants’ disposal at any time.

  • Venue - the venue premises are spacious to accommodate the event participants. A final inspection will take place prior to the doors opening to ensure the venue is safe, clean, and ready for the conference!

* Entrance will be banned by the hall administration and no badge will be issued to anyone who has not presented one of the above-mentioned certificates. The above terms reflect the national "Tav Yarok" regulations applicable to the events.

In case the governmental requirements will be changed, the above terms will be updated as well.

Participants’ Checklist

Before the Event


  • Prepare your "Tav Yarok" or Rapid Antigen Test Certificate (with QR code)

  • Recheck your health on the day of the conference. You must certify that you are not sick and that you do not have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 to enter the venue. If you notice any symptoms, please pass your ticket to your colleague or friend, and notify us at: We will make all the necessary adjustments in our records and onsite.

At the Event


  • As you enter the venue, please wear a mask; we will provide additional masks during the conference.

  • A mask is currently required to be worn by all conference attendees. As the event approaches, we will update the mask-wearing regulations based on the most up-to-date guidance and advice.
